Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Manager, Partner Success to lead a team supporting state, district, and school partners through the assessment lifecycle. You will drive readiness, training, adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management to achieve cost, quality, and schedule commitments.

You will collaborate with Program Delivery, Product, Technology, Measurement, Operations, and Customer Support to translate priorities into plans, coach teams, and serve as a key escalation point for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience leading customer-facing programs or partner success.
Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
Experience managing complex customer relationships and escalation points.
Strong program and project management skills across budgets, schedules, risks.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with state, district, and school partners.
Lead readiness, implementation, training, and adoption planning activities.
Serve as escalation point for complex customer concerns and delivery issues.
