Taxfyle LLC in Coconut Grove, FL is hiring a Partner Success Engineer to join our Partner Success & Engineering teams. The role focuses on turning manual workflows into automated processes using AI agents, internal tools, and data pipelines, working closely with partners to improve operations.

You will own production systems from day one, receive mentorship from senior engineers, and have opportunities to grow into forward deployed, AI, or product engineering roles.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs or agent frameworks.
• Experience using AI coding tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with end users and iterate quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced tech company.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Partner Success to map workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Build and improve AI agents for relationship-manager tasks.
• Write evals and review loops to determine agent accuracy and escalation needs.
• Automate partner reporting and audits using data in BigQuery and dbt.
• Create lightweight internal tools and dashboards used daily.
• Integrate systems via APIs across platforms and data warehouse.
• Leverage Claude Code and AI coding tools in development.
• Document shipped work and quantify its impact.
