You will own significant projects, establish coding standards, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product to shape the roadmap and technical direction. In-office with remote flexibility and a fast-paced startup culture.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Bachelor’s degree appreciated but not required; practical experience valued.
• Proven architectural decisions with team-wide impact.
• Experience delivering multi-piece, cross-functional projects autonomously.
• Strong ability to handle ambiguous problems in a complex codebase.
