Job summary

Catena Operations Ltd. is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to ensure exceptional partner experiences across affiliate campaigns.

You will handle daily publisher inquiries, coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, and maintain reliable data flows from tracking to BI reporting, while resolving issues quickly to protect revenue and goodwill. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, customer success, account management, or performance marketing operations.
• Experience working with performance data, able to interrogate reporting, spot anomalies and form hypotheses about discrepancies.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for publishers, resolving day-to-day queries accurately and within agreed response times.
• Own campaign delivery end-to-end: launches, tracking changes, creative and offer updates, and changes, coordinating teams to land them on schedule.
• Identify risks to campaign performance or partner satisfaction early and drive resolution.
• Lead CRM platform operations and case escalation practices; reproduce and triage partner-reported data issues and escalate with detailed context.
• Translate technical findings into clear, concise updates for partners and build confidence through transparency.
• Spot recurring patterns across partners and raise systemic issues for cross-functional resolution.
