impact.com seeks a Partner Success Manager for Spot Commerce Media to own onboarding, activation, and growth across a portfolio of publishers. You’ll optimize CPC campaigns, ensure contextual matching, and drive revenue while collaborating with brand teams to align publisher inventory with CPC campaigns.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong analytics, and a deep understanding of affiliate and commerce content publishers in a dynamic ad tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of affiliate and commerce content publisher landscape and models (CPA, CPC, hybrid).
• Familiarity with EPC, AOV, conversion rate metrics and attribution concepts.
• Awareness of publisher pressures in commerce diversification and retail media dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and activation of new Spot publishers, including technical setup and integration validation.
• Monitor CPC delivery, fill rate, CTR, and revenue; identify optimisation opportunities.
• Scale Spot revenue across publisher portfolios with automated campaigns and playbooks.
• Maintain client relationships through regular meetings, health checks, and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory with campaigns.
