Job summary

Savii is seeking a Client Success Specialist to guide employer clients from onboarding through long-term success of their ICHRA benefit program. You are the main point of contact, building knowledge of each client and their people to deliver a personal, consistent experience.

You will manage a defined book of business, collaborate with brokers as needed, and proactively identify ways to help clients achieve their goals. Strong written and verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role — customer service, account management, client success, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employer clients from contract signing to successful launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your book of business after onboarding.
• Communicate proactively with clients at every stage and maintain deep knowledge of their needs and goals.
