Ribeye is a fast-growing ad tech startup purpose-built for the media companies and agencies powering local advertising. Our platform unifies planning, buying, optimization, and reporting across the full digital media landscape—backed by automation, AI, and managed services that help sellers scale. We’re scrappy, strategic, and obsessed with making digital advertising more accessible and efficient.

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, client-savvy Partner Solutions Strategist to join our Sales Growth team. This mid-level role (2–5 years experience) sits at the intersection of digital advertising strategy, customer success, and presales enablement—helping our channel partners (media company sellers and agencies) build smart, scalable campaigns that drive results for their clients.

You’ll be the go-to expert for turning client goals into winning media plans and ideas, often owning the proposal process from RFP to delivery. You’ll need strong digital acumen, creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in the ambiguity and opportunity of startup life.

Part of the Interview process will be to build a client campaign strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with sales and growth teams to develop digital media strategies and proposals based on client Goals and KPIs
  • Lead campaign planning conversations with partners—pulling together the right mix of channels, tactics, and targeting to deliver performance
  • Act as a trusted digital expert in presales meetings, translating complex ad tech into clear solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with product, ops, and customer success teams to ensure plans are executable, scalable, and aligned with platform capabilities
  • Stay current on trends across DSPs, omnichannel strategy, audience targeting, and performance marketing to inform smarter recommendations
  • Help build and improve repeatable tools and templates for strategic planning and enablement
  • Contribute to a culture that values curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and a healthy dose of irreverence

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years experience in digital media strategy, planning, or account management—ideally within an agency, ad tech company, or media strategy team
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel digital marketing (CTV, programmatic display, video, audio, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience crafting strategic proposals that meet client KPIs (brand awareness, lead generation, conversions, etc.)
  • Excellent client communication skills—comfortable in meetings, presentations, and with navigating client questions
  • Naturally analytical and curious—you love solving problems
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • A collaborative spirit and startup-ready mindset: flexible, proactive, resourceful, and motivated by impact over perfection
