Job summary
ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Solution Consultant to help our partner ecosystem bring security, identity, access, and risk solutions to enterprise customers. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor to partner teams, leading enablement, joint solution design, demonstrations, and POV engagements that help partners sell and deliver with confidence.
The ideal candidate has strong cybersecurity knowledge, hands-on enterprise networking experience, and a track record of supporting complex
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or related role.
- 5+ years customer-facing technical experience.
- Experience supporting complex cybersecurity or enterprise platform sales.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Enable partner technical teams on discovery and solution design.
- Deliver joint technical demonstrations with partner engineers.
- Support POVs and POCs with hands-on guidance.
- Translate capabilities into business outcomes for customers.
- Build enablement content and narratives for partners.
- Lead technical training and certifications for partners.
