Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior Partner Solution Consultant to enable our partner ecosystem across security, identity, and risk solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to partner teams, leading enablement, joint design, demonstrations, and value-focused engagements that link technical capability to measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong cybersecurity knowledge, hands-on enterprise networking experience, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical role.
• 5+ years customer- or partner-facing technical experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity/SaaS/enterprise sales, via partner/channel.
• Solid cybersecurity concepts, identity & access, governance & risk, security ops.
• Strong enterprise networking knowledge: routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT.
• Familiarity with network traffic capture: SPAN, port mirroring, TAPs, NetFlow.
• Knowledge of cyber resellers/distributors and partner ecosystems.
• Ability to explain security platform integration with customer environments.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication.
• Comfort working with technical practitioners and executives.
• Track record of technical wins and deal progression.
• Understanding of the Technology Partner Ecosystem.
• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Enable partner technical teams on discovery, design, and demo validation.
• Deliver joint technical demos, virtual and in-person, with partner engineers.
• Support POVs/POCs with hands-on technical guidance.
• Assist enablement teams in training criteria and certs; conduct trainings.
• Translate capabilities into measurable business outcomes for customers.
• Build enablement content and solution narratives for partners.
