Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales to partner with Account Management and deepen relationships with Ramp customers. You will showcase Ramp products, drive ERP integration workflows, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for finance and operations stakeholders.

In this post-sales role focused on Enterprise customers, you will guide architecture decisions, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and help scale Ramp’s integration use cases across

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar technical role in SaaS/fintech
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems and finance workflows
• Ability to explain APIs, integration concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience running product demonstrations and translating tech to business value
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate Ramp products to existing customers
• Evaluate requirements for expansion opportunities and conduct ROI analyses
• Design Ramp architecture recommendations including API and ERP integrations
• Act as technical advisor guiding integration decisions without coding
• Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers across major ERP systems
• Support fast time-to-value during rollouts and expansions
• Influence product roadmap by channeling customer feedback to Product/Engineering
• Contribute to internal docs and knowledge bases for scaling use cases
