Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to multiply its technical reach through a focused set of partners in the US Public Sector. You will drive partner-sourced pipeline, co-build repeatable solutions, and enable partners through technical engagement plans and hands-on labs.

Expect up to 30% travel and a focus on the Florida Panhandle region. The role requires presales experience, a BS in a technical field, and strong collaboration with partner managers and account teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Prior presales experience in the software sector is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of pre-sales experience in the software sector, ideally partner-facing: channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP ecosystems in the US Public Sector.
• A one-to-many mindset: you would rather teach ten engineers to run the demo than run it ten times yourself, and you can show where your enablement turned into someone else's win.
• Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability, plus an understanding of AI and semantic search technologies.
• Professional experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with and through partners.
• Architect leverage: build trusted advisor status with senior technical stakeholders and maintain Technical Engagement Plans.
• Deliver enablement and certification roadmaps and certifications to move partners up the maturity model.
• Lead hands-on technical lab workshops across Elastic products to build partner confidence.
• Co-architect solution blueprints and reference architectures with partners; publish joint assets and win stories.
