Job summary

SHI is seeking a Manager - Partner Services Operations in New Jersey to lead the day-to-day SCS partner services program. You will bridge sales, practice teams, and delivery partners to scale services, govern processes, and protect margins while delivering a world-class customer experience.

You will own engagement workflows, governance execution, and performance reporting, while guiding a team of coordinators and collaborating with Sales, Alliances, and Services Operations to optimize capacity

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations or program management.
• Experience with partner programs and operations.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience delivering governance and process improvements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SCS Partner Services Operations program and ensure scalability.
• Oversee partner onboarding, engagement, and governance processes.
• Develop and maintain partner rules of engagement and workflows.
• Coordinate opportunity routing and partner assignments by priorities.
• Manage a team of coordinators to hit milestones and customer outcomes.
• Produce governance reports, dashboards, and executive reviews.
