Job summary

Reporting to the Director, HR Operations, the role oversees HR service delivery, case management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR/Shared Services/HR Operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or service delivery.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the HR Service Delivery function with a focus on efficiency.
• Develop and manage a team of HR professionals for employee and manager support.
• Establish service standards, metrics, escalation processes, and governance.
• Build a scalable service delivery model to support growth and improve experiences.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Tech for seamless resolution.
