Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of sales or partner leadership experience.
- Proven success delivering revenue growth through teams and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of partner sellers across strategic technology partners.
- Own aggregate portfolio revenue and year-over-year growth.
- Establish performance expectations, onboarding, and coaching.
- Allocate goals and resources across the partner portfolio based on opportunity and priorities.
- Develop partner strategies and coverage models to improve seller productivity and partner revenue performance.
