Wisnik Career Enterprises, Inc. is assisting a leading New York-based global law firm in recruiting top partners.

The role oversees the full partner recruiting lifecycle, from search and interviews through offers, votes, onboarding, and integration, ensuring seamless alignment with firm strategy. The candidate will monitor market activity, manage search firm relationships and fees, and coordinate cross-department onboarding, while developing and mentoring a recruiting coordinator.

Formación

• 7–8+ years of legal industry recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage complex processes with senior stakeholders in a partner-led firm.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with partners and leadership.
• Experience with Workday and understanding of law firm economics and structures.
• Experience mentoring junior staff preferred.

For the New York Office of Large Global Law Firm

Responsibilities include

• Manage the full partner recruiting process, from search and interviews through offers, partnership votes, onboarding, and integration.
• Monitor lateral market activity and competitive trends to prepare concise briefings that inform partner recruiting strategy.
• Manage search firm relationships, fee agreements, and candidate communications; coordinate questionnaires, background checks, and conflicts reviews.
• Coordinate offer terms, partnership vote materials, and onboarding across departments; track post-start integration milestones.
• Supervise, train, and develop a recruiting coordinator, ensuring accurate work and effective delegation.

Qualifications include

• 7–8+ years of relevant legal industry experience; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes involving senior stakeholders in a partner-led environment.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with partners and firm leadership.
• Working knowledge of law firm economics, partnership structures, and lateral compensation; experience managing search firm relationships and fee agreements.
• Experience with document management and workflow tools, such as Workday; experience managing or mentoring junior staff preferred.

Salary: $170k–$200k
