Wisnik Career Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager for its New York office of a Global Law Firm. You will lead full-cycle lateral recruiting for associates, counsel, and post-clerks across U.S. offices, working with practice leaders to identify needs and close offers.

The role emphasizes building relationships with search firms, direct candidate sourcing, and mentoring junior recruiters. Strong organizational and confidentiality skills are essential.

Competenze

• 4-8 years of law firm recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Direct experience with lateral associate and counsel recruiting preferred.
• Experience managing or mentoring recruiting professionals preferred.

Salary: $123.1k - $190.4k (In-person requirements are 2-days per week)
