Job summary

Responsibilities:

• Respond to partner inquiries and Deal Registration via Partner Portal and Salesforce.
• Perform daily Partner Portal and Salesforce tasks.
• Support channel projects, process documentation, and territory audits.

Process Improvement:

• Identify process and system improvements and present findings to leadership.
• Enforce program and Sales/Licensing policies with internal teams and partners.
