• Provide operational support to resellers and ensure a best-in-class partner experience.
• Respond to partner inquiries and Deal Registration via Partner Portal and Salesforce.
• Perform daily Partner Portal and Salesforce tasks.
• Identify process and system improvements and present findings to leadership.
