Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to deliver best-in-class support to resellers. You will manage day-to-day partner interactions, Salesforce tasks, and process improvements to enable mutual success across the Construction Solutions Channel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience administering sales support.
• Exemplary written communication and strong listening/reading skills.
• Prioritize tasks with 24-hour turnaround for cases.
• Desire to assist partners and teach self-service.
• Ability to estimate relationships and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Respond autonomously to partner sales support, process, Deal Registration, or system inquiries.
• Perform daily Partner Portal management and Salesforce tasks.
• Understand Partner Program requirements and escalate issues.
• Support Channel with day-to-day administrative tasks and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for internal Channel process improvement and communicate requirements.
• Enforce Program & Sales/Licensing policies with internal teams and partners.
