Agile IT is seeking a partnership operations associate to manage partner onboarding, keep agreements current, and maintain tier structures. You will ensure registrations have proper sources and resolve conflicts for timely decisions.

You'll build weekly partner pipeline reports, track referral payouts, and drive CRM updates. The role also covers partner communications, distributing enablement materials and keeping contact data clean to support accurate outreach and campaigns.

• Onboard new partners, keep agreements, contacts, and tiers current, and close out quiet partners.
• Deal registration: receive registrations, check conflicts, route for decision, and communicate outcomes.
• Pipeline hygiene: ensure every partner-sourced opportunity carries the right source and partner.
• Build and run the weekly partner pipeline report for the scorecard.
• Track referral payouts and prepare them for approval.
• Handle event follow-through and get contacts into CRM within a week.
• Send program updates and distribute enablement materials with marketing.
• Keep the partner contact list clean for accurate communications.
• Flag discrepancies in registrations or payouts promptly.
