Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a Partners Relations Specialist to onboard and support our affiliate, IB, and money manager partners within a fast-growing, regulated environment. You’ll handle onboarding, connections, withdrawals, commissions, and partner queries with a focus on service excellence.

Reporting to the Head of Partners Support & Operations, you’ll monitor partner activity, help retain and reactivate partners, educate on platforms, and work with teams to hit KPIs in a dynamic, multicultural

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service - oriented roles.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Driven, results oriented with strong negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of Affiliates / IBs / Money Managers and other partners.
• Handle day-to-day partner operations: connections, withdrawals, commissions, troubleshooting.
• Monitor affiliates/IBs activities to optimize performance and report suspicious activity.
• Educate partners on platforms, trading products, and account procedures.
• Proactively retain and reactivate partners.
• Maintain partner communications via phone, live chat and email.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies as per company guidelines.
• Work with the team to meet KPIs and support other departments as needed.
