Job summary

Octopus Energy is building a strong partner operations backbone in Houston, TX. The Partner Operations Specialist will manage onboarding for brokers and digital partners, coordinate rate sheets and API onboarding, and ensure smooth operation with Product and Engineering teams.

You’ll analyze conversions, audit payouts, and provide automated partner reporting, leveraging Databricks Genie and Gemini AI to streamline workflows and maintain high partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient with SQL and Databricks for querying datasets and building reports.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Clear communication to explain technical processes to partners.

Responsibilities

• Own partner onboarding and end-to-end setup for brokers and partners.
• Provide responsive partner support and resolve integration queries.
• Define and audit commission logic and map to data engineering workflows.
• Build daily conversion dashboards to monitor enrollment funnel and issues.
• Channel partner insights to Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve tools and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot enrollment pipelines with Retail Operations to optimize flow to supply.
• Automate weekly/monthly enrollment, conversion, and commission statements.
