Job summary

Octopus Energy is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to scale the partner network in Texas and beyond. You will own onboarding, financial validation, and conversion analytics, collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering to streamline enrollment pipelines.

The role emphasizes SQL data work, Databricks, and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Hybrid work setup with core Houston presence offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Partner Operations or Revenue Operations within energy or retail tech.
• Knowledge of commission structures, settlements, or billing logic.
• Proven ability to automate reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own partner onboarding and setup across brokers, aggregators, and digital partners.
• Provide responsive partner support and resolve integration queries.
• Translate deal structures into data logic and audit payout runs.
• Build daily conversion reports and dashboards to monitor funnel health.
• Channel feedback to product and engineering to improve enrollment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot enrollment pipelines with Retail Operations to improve flow.
• Deliver automated weekly/monthly enrollment, conversion, and commission statements.
• Query datasets in SQL and use Databricks to validate numbers.
