Job summary

Octopus Energy Group is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to own the onboarding of brokers, aggregators, and digital partners, coordinating rate sheets and API workflows with Product/Engineering. You will audit commission logic and produce daily conversion analytics to improve enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to query large datasets.
• Experience with Databricks UI/Genie for reporting.
• ERCOT/Retail energy fluency and customer switch workflows.
• Experience onboarding external partners and managing onboarding workflows.
• Excellent communication with partners and internal teams.
• Ability to automate processes using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own partner onboarding & setup end-to-end for brokers, aggregators, and digital partners with API onboarding coordination.
• Provide responsive partner support and resolve integration queries or discrepancies.
• Define and audit commission logic and ensure accurate payout data.
• Build and maintain daily conversion reporting and dashboards to track enrollment funnel.
• Channel partner insights to Product, Data, and Engineering to refine tools and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot enrollment pipelines with Retail Operations and optimize customer flow.
• Deliver automated weekly and monthly enrollment, conversion, and commission statements.
