Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a results-driven Partner Operations professional in Houston, TX, to manage end-to-end onboarding for brokers, aggregators, and digital partners on the Octopus platform. You will coordinate administrative setup, rate sheets, and API onboarding with Product and Engineering teams.

You will serve as the main operations contact for active partners, resolve questions on integration and billing, and translate complex commission structures into actionable logic for data

Qualifications

• Proven ability to query datasets and audit numbers in Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Own partner onboarding & setup across brokers, aggregators, and digital partners.
• Provide responsive partner support as the primary operations contact.
• Define and audit commission logic for complex deal structures.
• Build and maintain daily conversion reporting and dashboards.
• Channel partner insights to product, data, and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot enrollment pipelines with Retail Operations to optimize flow.
• Deliver automated weekly/monthly enrollment, conversion, and commission statements.
