We are seeking a Sales and Partnerships Lead in the United States who will own capture supply, drive market strategy, and build a robust partner network, traveling to establish and grow

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in business development, partnerships, GTM, or supply-side sales at a high-growth marketplace company.
• Experience structuring and closing commercial agreements with enterprises and operators, including rates, volume commitments, and terms.
• Regional network to approach operators and BPOs, with regular travel and understanding of local labor practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive market strategy: pick countries, industries, and operator types to prioritize quality, throughput, and velocity.
• Build and manage a partner pipeline from your network and outbound, then lead end-to-end deal making and close agreements.
• Own each relationship after signing, hold partners to ramp targets, and grow volume with top performers while coaching them on execution.
