Job summary

Jabil seeks a Business Unit Coordinator to support the SolarEdge partnership and serve as the primary link between the customer and cross-functional teams in Seminole, FL. You will help ensure seamless communication, align production goals, and protect delivery commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in manufacturing or supply chain, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of manufacturing, operations, or supply chain experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Knowledge of production planning or supply chain processes.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day customer contact, addressing requests, updates, and concerns quickly.
• Support the Business Unit team in managing customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, planning, engineering, and quality teams to align priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics including delivery, quality, materials, and operational performance.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and communicate trends, risks, and action plans.
• Help identify and elevate production, material, or schedule risks.
• Support issue resolution and coordinate follow-up actions across teams.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation, records, and communications.
• Build strong working relationships that drive collaboration and timely decisions across the organization.
