Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Partner Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing the operational and financial aspects of our strategic partnerships, especially our Google relationship. Responsibilities include maintaining certifications, managing rebate and incentive programs, supporting finance operations, handling partner support escalations, and providing reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in data analysis (especially using sheets), and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Compliance & Development:
- Audit, maintain, and renew certifications and credentials to ensure compliance with partner program requirements.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve new partner accreditations and specializations.
- Financial Operations Support:
- Collaborate with Finance on operational tasks, including report analysis and interpretation.
- Forecast income from partner rebates and incentives.
- Rebate & Incentive Management:
- Track, manage, and process rebate and incentive programs, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.
- Manage submission of Proof of Execution (POE) documentation.
- Google Partnership Operations & Support:
- Serve as primary contact for operational issues related to Google partnership.
- Manage support tickets with Google for various operational matters.
- Handle escalations related to finance issues, such as credit requests and order discrepancies.
- Reporting & Deal Management:
- Prepare weekly Google opportunity/pipeline reports.
- Manage Deal Registrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in partner operations.
Required Qualifications:

- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Partner Programs.
- Experience in partner, channel, or sales operations roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
