For one of our clients, we are looking for a Partner Operations Analyst, remotely from San Francisco, California.

As a Partner Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing partner relationships within the B2B SaaS ecosystem. This position involves supporting partner operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, and driving revenue growth by collaborating across teams. You'll be responsible for maintaining partner data, developing performance metrics, and creating enablement tools that contribute to the overall success of the partnership program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS business model and experience in partner operations, with a focus on efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Accountabilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and issues.
  2. Optimize partner onboarding, training, and enablement processes to ensure smooth partner integration.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner operations with company-wide goals and strategies.
  4. Implement and manage partner performance metrics and reporting to track partner success.
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop partner-driven revenue strategies and initiatives.
  6. Maintain accurate partner records and reports in CRM and other relevant systems.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 2-3 years of experience in Partner Operations, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
