eMed is hiring a Manager, Partner Marketing to support Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success teams and the employers, brokers, and channel partners they serve.

This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, client marketing, and lifecycle communications — responsible for the materials and tactics that move a prospective partner from first conversation through signed contract, and that keep an existing client engaged, informed, and expanding throughout the relationship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner marketing or related field.
• Healthcare/B2B2C experience preferred.
• Proven track record building materials for pre-sale and post-sale.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Legal and Clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Adapt materials for pre-sale and post-sale needs.
• Build post-sale materials with Customer Success.
• Maintain consistent brand voice from first pitch through renewal.
• Maintain scalable asset library: templates, one-pagers, case studies, talking points.
• Own timelines across multiple client and partner accounts.
• Collect and act on client/partner feedback to improve messaging and toolkit.
• Coordinate with clinical, legal, and compliance for sourcing and approvals.
