About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Partner Marketing to lead marketing efforts for our strategic technology partnerships, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and others. This role will be the primary point of contact for all marketing activities related to our partners, working closely with both our internal partnerships team and marketing counterparts at partner organizations.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role requiring exceptional collaboration skills, the ability to navigate complex relationships, and a focus on delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a broad marketing background in B2B SaaS—ideally in the HR or talent space—and experience executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for key partners to enhance brand awareness, generate demand, and support joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the partnerships team, sales, product marketing, demand generation, PR, and field marketing, to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Create compelling messaging and content that articulates the value of our joint solutions with partners.
  • Drive the creation of joint customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to showcase the impact of our solutions.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing programs, webinars, industry events, and partner-sponsored activities to drive pipeline and sales.
  • Collaborate with PR teams to amplify our presence in industry publications and ensure our joint value propositions are well represented in analyst discussions.
  • Navigate complex partner organizations, build strong relationships, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, with a strong background in partner marketing.
  • Experience in HR tech, talent solutions, or adjacent industries strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and manage complex partner dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
  • Strong project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
