• Personable & Proactive: combine hospitality mindset with operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the Launch: Manage a roster of new partners and conduct implementation sessions.
• Remove Barriers: Identify operational or technical hurdles and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build Relationships: Be the partner's primary contact for 30 days, providing training and guidance.
• Facilitate Success: Ensure smooth handoff to Client Success Managers for long-term growth.
