Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in client success, account management, or related revenue-focused roles.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Strong understanding of revenue growth, retention, and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate performance data into specific growth strategies.
• Experience identifying cross-sell, expansion, or upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner and strategic point of contact for an assigned roster of ~100 partners.
• Manage the complete partner lifecycle: reactivation, launch, follow-up, retention, growth.
• Develop an individualized growth strategy for each partner.
• Maintain ownership of partners as they progress through tiers.
• Prioritize accounts based on performance, potential, risk, and growth opportunity.
• Maintain documentation of goals, performance, risks, opportunities, and next steps.
• Take accountability for overall health and performance of the portfolio.
