Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager - Partner Services Operations to lead day-to-day operations of the SCS Partner Services Program.

You will serve as the operational bridge between SCS sales, practice teams, delivery partners, and centralized Services Operations to ensure partner-delivered services are scalable, governed, profitable, and aligned with business priorities. Responsibilities

• Serve as the central intake point for partner-delivered services opportunities.
• Coordinate opportunity routing and partner assignment based on capability and priority.
• Facilitate engagement handoffs between sellers, practices, delivery partners and services teams.
• Monitor active engagements and ensure adherence to program processes.
• Manage a team of project coordinators to ensure milestones are met and customer expectations are fulfilled.
