Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem for partners, enabling them to market and sell Relativity solutions effectively.

Remote/hybrid posting with collaboration across Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to keep partners current on product launches, onboarding, and ongoing learning journeys.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content and go-to-market enablement resources for external audiences.
• Ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe, plus LMS/PRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content for partners.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across platforms including the Partner Portal and Partner Learning Journey.
• Develop and enhance go-to-market enablement resources—sales collateral, co-brandable assets, best practices.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library with organized content governance.
• Plan and execute enablement content development for onboarding, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and governance across all partner-facing content and platforms.
• Use partner feedback and engagement data to improve learning content and experiences.
