Job summary

Relativity seeks an experienced Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem for partners. You will curate learning content, sales resources, and GTM assets to help partners position, sell, and support Relativity solutions.

Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Program Manager to create onboarding journeys, product launch content, and ongoing enablement experiences, ensuring resources are current and governance is strong for all

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content and GTM enablement for external audiences.
• Ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects from concept to launch.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe) and LMS/PRM platforms.
• Strong ownership, detail orientation, and multi-project management in fast-paced settings.
• Expertise in modern instructional design for go-to-market teams and external audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across platforms like Partner Portal and learning journeys.
• Develop and enhance sales collateral, co-brandable assets, and best practices for GTM enablement.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library and govern the content experience for partners.
• Plan and execute enablement content for onboarding programs, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and governance across all partner-facing materials.
• Use partner feedback and engagement data to continuously improve learning content.
