Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain an enablement content ecosystem for partners. You will craft learning content, sales resources, and go-to-market assets to help partners position, sell, and support Relativity solutions.

Collaborating with the Partner Enablement Program Manager, you will design experiences for onboarding, product launches, and ongoing journeys, ensuring resources are current and impactful across platforms and audiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content and GTM enablement resources for external audiences.
• Ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects from concept to launch.
• Hands-on experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe and LMS/PRM platforms.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in modern instructional design and scalable learning experiences for GTM teams and external audiences.
• Excellent communicator able to simplify complex concepts and work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams to translate complex information into partner-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across the Partner Portal and Partner Learning Journey.
• Develop and enhance go-to-market enablement resources (sales collateral, co-brandable assets, best practices).
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library and governance of content experiences.
• Plan and execute enablement content development for onboarding programs, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance across all partner-facing content and platforms.
• Use partner feedback and engagement data to improve learning content and experiences.
