Job summary

Synerise is a global, AI-driven customer experience platform enabling partners to grow successful businesses. In the Partner Success Manager role, you will lead the partner portfolio, deliver workshops, and drive joint customer value.

You will build long-term relationships with partners, identify growth opportunities, and work with Sales, Product and Engineering to expand our mutual impact across markets. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Partner Success, Partner Management or a similar client-facing role in SaaS.
• Ability to manage relationships with partners or enterprise customers and build long-term collaboration.
• Capacity to identify business opportunities and help partners grow capabilities and business.
• Comfort delivering workshops, training sessions and business reviews to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Success - own and develop your partner portfolio and advisory relationships.
• Grow the Partner Network - onboard and activate new partners for adoption of Synerise products.
• Grow Partner Business - develop success plans, identify opportunities and support go-to-market activities.
• Drive Customer Success Through Partners - monitor performance and identify opportunities for retention and expansion.
• Shape the Partner Ecosystem - collaborate cross-functionally to improve programs and partner experience.
