Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Growth Specialist for its Emerging Category. You will own a portfolio of partners, drive quarterly growth, and translate data into actionable steps to upgrade and certify partners.

The role blends data, strategy, and ownership, with opportunities to travel to partner sites. You will use Snowflake, Claude, and Google Sheets to model partner data, run campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or a technical/engineering background is a plus.
Strong analytical instincts; ability to derive insights from data beyond just reporting numbers.
Comfort with ambiguity and independently build plans to tackle loosely defined problems.
AI-forward mindset; comfortable using Claude to speed up analysis and drafting.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of partners and drive quarterly growth and performance.
Use data to segment and prioritize partners by performance, activity, and growth potential.
Identify and recommend partners for upgrade and certification pathways to drive growth.
Build and run targeted campaigns to grow top-performing partners.
Track on-time ship and quality trends; flag opportunities for improvement.
Rapidly resolve operational escalations related to partner performance.
Leverage Claude, Snowflake, and Google Sheets to maintain data models and insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
