Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Partner Growth Specialist for Emerging Partners in Waltham, MA. This role blends data analysis, strategy, and ownership to drive partner growth and performance across the portfolio.

You will translate performance signals into targeted campaigns, identify upgrade and certification paths, and collaborate with internal teams while traveling to partner sites as needed to gather feedback and accelerate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or technical field is a plus.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to derive insights from data.
• Comfort with ambiguity and self-directed problem solving.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude) to speed analysis and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of partner growth and performance each quarter.
• Use data to segment and prioritize partners by performance and growth potential.
• Identify upgrade and certification paths to drive growth and influence partners.
• Build and run targeted campaigns to grow top-performing partners.
• Track on-time-shipment and quality trends and drive improvements with partners.
• Resolve operational escalations related to partner performance.
