Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is a tech-enabled growth marketing firm helping brands accelerate revenue and brand recognition. The Partner Manager will own and expand relationships with executives, SMB consulting firms, and agencies, activating partners and driving partner-sourced revenue across the East Coast.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, client service, and product teams to sustain referrals and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or partnerships at an agency or tech company.
• Experience managing a pipeline or shared pipeline with a sales team.
• Experience working with professional services firms, consulting firms, agencies, and/or fractional CMOs/executives.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple partner engagements in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the company’s relationships with executives, SMB consulting firms, and agencies across the East Coast.
• Onboard and activate partners in your book and turn trust into partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, client service, and product to keep partners enabled and referrals flowing.
• Report on referral partner pipeline, metrics, and performance to leadership.
