Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Partner Manager to grow relationships with executives, SMB firms, and agencies on the West Coast. You will onboard partners, build trust, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, client service, and product teams to keep referrals flowing and report to the VP of Partnerships. This role offers base salary + commission and flexible work styles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or partnerships at an agency or tech company.
• Experience managing a pipeline or shared pipeline in partnership with a sales team.
• Experience working with professional services firms, consulting firms, agencies, and/or fractional CMOs/executives.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to run multiple partner engagements in parallel, across different stages, without dropping balls.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management & Partner Enablement: Manage a portfolio of executive partners and build trust.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Co-Marketing: Partner with marketing and sales to enable partners and drive referrals.
• Partner enablement: Equip partners with positioning, messaging, and differentiation to refer business.
• Report on referral partner pipeline and performance metrics to leadership.
• Travel up to 25% as needed to meet partners and events.
