Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director to lead Partner Growth & Experience Strategy for Comprehensive Services in the United States. The role focuses on broker and private equity channels, with potential expansion to other partner ecosystems, shaping programs and experiences that build partner confidence and referrals.

The leader will partner across Sales, Strategy, Enablement, client teams, and other BUs to drive growth, program consistency, and a differentiated partner experience for referred clients.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in partner strategy, channel leadership, business development, sales, client success, or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems including broker and private equity relationships.
• Experience building cross-functional programs that connect strategy, execution, service delivery, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, strategy, and execution of partner referral programs within Comp Services.
• Identify growth levers to strengthen partner value proposition and referrals.
• Translate priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes for partner programs.
• Shape the future of partner strategy across broker and PE channels.
