Qualifications
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in partner strategy, channel leadership, or related leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems including broker/private equity.
- Experience building or leading cross-functional programs.
- Proven ability to influence enterprise decisions in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and evolution of partner referral programs for Comprehensive Services.
- Identify growth opportunities and strengthen partner-facing programs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Enablement, and client teams to align priorities.
- Lead Broker ERMs and Program Managers and grow the team as needed.
- Establish success measures for partner program effectiveness and referral growth.
