Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Director of Partner Growth & Experience Strategy to lead the strategy and evolution of partner referral programs within Comprehensive Services.

You will partner with sales, strategy, enablement, and client teams to grow referrals and strengthen partner experiences, with potential expansion into PE and CPA channels. The role can be fully remote or hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 at home) and reports across Sales, Strategy, Enablement, and

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in partner strategy, channel leadership, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of broker and private equity ecosystems.
• Knowledge of the Comp Services business model and sales distribution.
• Experience building cross-functional programs linking strategy to revenue outcomes.
• Ability to influence enterprise decisions in a matrixed environment.
• Strong leadership to coach strategic account managers and program managers.
• Executive judgment balancing strategy with execution and follow-through.
• Comfort working across sales, service, implementation and strategy teams.
• Ability to use data and partner feedback to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Can be fully remote, with a hybrid option (3 days in office, 2 at home).

Responsibilities

• Lead partner strategy and program leadership for broker and PE channels.
• Identify ideas, offerings, and growth levers to strengthen partner value.
• Translate priorities into clear plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Shape future partner strategy across broker and PE channels with senior leaders.
• Strengthen partner experiences to drive engagement and referrals.
• Gather feedback and turn insights into practical improvements.
• Partner with Sales to educate and activate partner programs and value proposition.
• Drive cross-BU alignment to ensure consistent partner experience.
• Lead and develop Broker ERMs and Program Managers, with potential expansion.
