Auto Europe, a global leader in car rental, seeks a Partner Success Manager to lead engagement and enablement for Travel Agent partners, Consortia, and Affiliates. Reporting to the Partner Services Director, you will drive revenue growth across your portfolio and build strong performance-based relationships.

You will accelerate partner growth, promote Auto Europe’s digital journey, and maintain a clear view of portfolio health through quarterly plans and monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner success, partner enablement, channel management, or account management.
• Strategic thinking to develop joint business plans that grow engagement, adoption and revenue.
• Experience with API/white-label solutions or integrated distribution is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Accelerate partner growth: drive measurable increases in bookings, revenue and ancillary adoption.
• Drive digital adoption: promote booking platforms, self-serve tools and integrations.
• Deepen partner engagement: tailor approaches to partner size and maturity.
• Maintain portfolio health: monitor margins and cross-functional risks.
• Lead joint business planning with partners via quarterly reviews.
