Job summary

HP is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to drive growth with Tier-2 resellers across the US. You will coordinate cross-team engagements, educate partner sellers on HP's Future of Work strategy, and manage key reseller relationships. Travel to meet partners is expected.

5+ years in channel distribution and strong market insight are preferred. This role offers substantial scope for strategic influence and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years in channel distribution management or similar role.
• Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and driving growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.
• Strong understanding of market trends and turning insights into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer-to-peer engagement between partner teams and HP end-user sales organizations to expand the customer funnel and drive revenue growth.
• Represent HP at partner-led events and sales engagements, enabling partner sellers to articulate HP’s Future of Work strategy.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Stay updated with market insights and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Consult partners on growth strategies, generate data-driven insights, and create joint business plans.
