Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years in client service delivery/account management in SaaS.
• 2–5 years in CDH/TPA managed benefits/health plans preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive change agent driving urgency and results.
• Negotiate with clients and prioritize requests across technical teams.
• Implement high-level strategies to meet project objectives.
• Maintain client relationships with enhanced service delivery discussions and clear expectations.
• Review and optimize business process flows within the Alegeus app to improve efficiency.
