• Meet daily productivity goals, including managing priority client tickets and responding to work requests within SLAs.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and resolving issues that pose financial risks to the company.
• Monitor and report on trends, ensuring high-quality work while addressing potential processing issues.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
