Job summary

Sage Care is seeking a Partner Engineer in the United States to own the technical relationship with 3–5 health system partners from initial integration through go‑live and ongoing operations. You will connect to EHRs and phone systems, configure and launch AI agents, and serve as the first responder for issues.

This high‑ownership role blends engineering, customer relationships, and product. You’ll work with Epic/HL7, partner IT teams, and drive scalable, repeatable processes across multiple

Qualifications

4+ years of partner, solutions, or forward-deployed engineering experience.
Strong coding and SQL skills.
Willingness to travel to partner sites up to 50%.
Experience in healthcare, or a strong interest in working in it.
Experience integrating with and debugging third-party systems in production.

Responsibilities

Own 3–5 health system partner relationships from integration to go-live and day-to-day ops.
Connect Sage Care to partners’ systems, workflows, and data.
Launch and tune Sage Care AI agents for each partner.
Keep partners live and healthy by rapid issue resolution and proactive monitoring.
Collaborate with product and engineering to capture field feedback for improvements.
Turn partner work into repeatable processes, tooling, and documentation.
